1. Cameras
1.1. How does Tiandy color maker cameras perform?

Integrated with Super large Aperture and large sensor size, Tiandy ColorMaker cameras are able to capture details in low light condition. Warm light supplemental light for extremely dark scenarios, ColorMaker cameras guarantee colorful image whenever you want.

1.2. How to link white light with AEW at night time ?
  • Configuration—Alarm Management – Motion Alarm
  • Click Enable
  • Choose Double Light from Link Type drop-down list
1.3. Its impossible to focus on near objects

The minimum of focus distance is 6cm for outdoor environments. If you use for indoor, please adjust to 50cm

1.4. Camera Live View is black !?
  • If the camera compression codec is H.265 and that of NVR is H.264, live view will be black.
  • Check that the NVR supports the IP camera resolution.
  • Check that network is OK.
1.6. How to update camera firmware ?
  • Update by NVR IE
  • Login to the NVR using Internet Explorer web browser
  • Configuration—Advanced Set – System Maintenance; click Browse
  • Choose the firmware you want use and then click upgrade

2.1. Updating NVR firmware

2.2. The added IP camera to the Tiandy NVR is not online!?
  • Make sure the camera is on and the network is OK.
  • Make sure that username and password is correct.
  • Check that bandwidth of NVR which the camera bitrate should be less than NVR bandwidth.
2.3. How to set motion detection in Tiandy NVR?

Path: Alarm → MD
Handle this → Check it to enable the motion detection
Sensitivity → Set sensitivity of motion detection
Schedule → Setup schedule for targeted event
Video Rec → To make a linkage between alarm and recording
Alarm Out → To make a linkage between alarm and alarm host
Snapshot → To make a linkage between alarm and capture snapshot pictures Area Setup

3. VMS
3.1. Changing time zone in Easy Live
  • Enter Device Management
  • Click more configuration
  • Choose System Settings
  • Choose Time Zone and then Click Synchronize Time Zone
3.2. How to upload face snapshot to library in Easy7

As shown in the below video, in Easy7 CMS settings panel, check the Attendance and Smart Application, then click save…  Learn more below:

 

3.3. How to backup device list in Easy Live?
  • Choos Local Configuration from the menu
  • Choose General Settings and then Device Backup
  • Now, you could choose Back up or restore the device list

 

 

3.4. How to calculate storage by Search Configuration Tool?
  • Click on Common tool and then click record calc
  • Click Add Channel, input all information needed and then click Confirm
  • Choose the channels which you want to use, then press Disk Size or Record Time to calculate them
